如题，就是前几天那个15credit back的offer，enroll了之后去买，屡屡说我的信息有
问题。。。我核对了半天就是这个卡号啊，（而且这个是以前在walmart网站用过的卡
）每次都是先发确认邮件，再发一封说cancel了因为error when processing。请问大
家知道这是为什么吗？。。。

什么被block了？不明白。。amex的卡最近还在正常的用
