不行。不在同一个月，不能combine

8月的点数当然可以在8月份用了，但是到9月份过期。这个我还是知道的。

it happened to me once, that it used my current month point first (> 1000
points due to two Visa GCs purchase), and did not use the previous month's
hundreds of points first. So I checked the rule, Kroger will use the
highest point month first.

如果你在7月份消费了400点，在8月份消费了600点，那么你在7月份买的400点，只能在
8月31号之前使用，如果在8月31号之前用完了这400点，那么600点才会自动forward过
来。
