刚刚发现可以enroll了。。希望没有enroll的大家加一下
免费的10000点。。

如何发MESSAGE ，为什么我每次去找MESSAGE 的地方他都给一堆FREQUENT QUESTION
给我，但是我就只找不到可以发MESSAGE 或者 ONLINE CHAT 的地方

online chat说不是任何人都可以enroll.
"currently you are not eligible for the payment flexibility feature, which
is by invitation only. Accounts are reviewed monthly and you will be advised
when eligible"

需要先把卡从 online account里面remove，在添加吗？
