上个星期申请了一张CITI AA的信用卡。当时没仔细在版上找结果只选了那个送3万点的
link。前几天看到了送5W点的link。瞬间就后悔了。然后试着发邮件给客服看能不能
match那个5w的offer。结果收到了客服回的邮件
We are unable to change the terms of the offers or add additional offers to
the account. However, as a goodwill gesture we are able to add 20,000 bonus
miles to your account. This adjustment will be included in the total monthly
mileage on your statement within 2 billing periods.
If there is any way we can be of further assistance, please feel free to
contact us.
想请问下这个20000 bonus miles 是白送的。是不是要三个月花到3千才给啊。
