09/05 got $10 promotional code, only can be redeemed for eligible products
sold by Amazon itself. I am not sure if it can be used on Amazon gift card,
but I failed to buy products from third-party.

No, I tried. In the last step, the promotional code can not be applied to
Amazon gift card purchase.
