According to the website, there's the option to "Add Frequent Flyer #". So
if you get your card and your Frequent Flyer # before your flight, try it
out.
I know from an AA thread earlier I learned that you if your AA credit card
is activated at least 7 days before the flight ,you can add your frequent
flyer number and get dat free checked bag. So maybe similar rules apply for
Delta?

as long as your card is membership is updated with the benefit when you
check in, you should be fine.

肯定可以啊 只要你把卡带上就行~ 还有就是用的delta的里程账号~ delta的bag
