很早以前有discover more，然后2013年1月转成IT，当时没有任何开卡bonus
刚才看到版上有人跟我差不多情况，申请第二张IT卡打电话成功
也心动申请了
具体就是去apply.discovercard.com网站
输入KCV6的code
填完信息后（不写学生免得被转入学生卡申请），提交申请
补充一句：申请过程中有一个terms，最下面几行说了有$150。
TERMS OF CASHBACK BONUS OFFER: Get a $150 Cashback Bonus after you make $750
in purchases within the 1st three months from account opening. Promotional
award will be applied within 8 weeks. The promotional award is in addition
to the Cashback Bonus earned on all purchases.
等待一阵后，又让填了一些信息
又提交
最后出来一个这个信息

your approval status has been determined.

他问了我的姓名之后说我已经有了Discover IT卡，为什么还要申请第二张？
我说这个季度是online shopping 5%，我已经花到1500的cap了，但是holiday hasn't
come yet.
感觉这个Discover Application Specialist很忙的样子，也没听我继续唠叨下去就
offer了一个解决办法，close existing account，open a new one
我说no，要不keep both account but split the credit limit
他说好，但是要注意一旦决定了就不能反悔了
于是将我可怜的2.5k的credit limit分成了1k(老卡)和1.5k（新卡）
幸好当年在网上把credit limit从1k提升到了2.5k……
就等着新卡到手了
