准备TRANSFER BALANCE TO CHASE SLATE. 说是0% APR TO APRIL 2015,ZERO BALANCE
TRANSACTION FEE.
但是又说:
Paying Interest: We will begin charging interest on this transaction on the
transaction date; there is no period to avoid paying interest on this
balance. Please see your Cardmember Agreement for details.
Interest Charges on Purchases: Once you take advantage of this balance
transfer offer, you will have a new balance on your account. This means
interest will be charged on new purchases you make with your credit card,
unless you pay the entire balance (including any transferred balances) in
full each month.
