你的所谓的“晚３天”，实际上可能是晚２３天，因为是从你消费那天起算利息的。

如果你按时付清，免你从花钱到付款间的利息，如果不付清，就不免，这样说明白了吧。

打电话去，每年可以有一次courtesy late cancelation.

Late fee可能可以免 但是利息很难 citi不可能要回来 我试过了

due date自动付了mini？信用卡next satement closing date 一般晚due date 3天，
如果你在due date 付了mini,然后在下一个出账单的日子前付掉剩下全部balance，应该
不会有利息。

I thought I paid full in June statement but mistakenly keyed in the wrong
number and left $18 unpaid. I was charged $35 interest in June and $30
interest in July untill I just found out today. I called Chase customer
service and explained my mistake and they refund all the interest they

是不是每次月底之前付掉全部金额就没有利息了？

账单上得的due date或之前付清。
但如果有一次没付清，就会总有利息，账单清不净就总不行，只能提前多付一点给抵掉。

有点不太明白这个意思。。。。。比如说，上个月我付了mini amount或者是付晚了，
产生利息了，那么从这个月以后就算我月底之前付清了也会有利息？

financial charges are before statement. So you need to pay more to cover
the interests, more than what you thought you can 付清了.
