今天去了branch，想开ink plus，告诉我需要business registration之类的证明。需

我家附近的branch明确说明肯定需要，而且是先开business checking才考虑business
CC。。。但网上据说有的branch比较宽松，不需要任何business证明。。。

reason: short credit history (1yr 9 mon) and new business (rental property
since last Sep, has filed tax return for it, revenue ~10k last year, will be
~30k for 2014)
any suggestion? how to ask for recon?
