收到的offer 是这样的
0.00% (Promotional APR on transferred balances until 09/01/2015. Once your
first balance transfer is posted to your account, you’ll receive the same
promotional rate on any new purchases you make using your card until 09/01/
2015.)
After 09/01/2015, any unpaid promotional balance from this offer and new
purchases will be charged the standard variable APR, currently 11.49%. This
APR will vary with the market based on the Prime rate.
如果想规避利息，是不是做BT前确保balance是0，然后再做BT，再之后BT和Purchase的
APR都是0？
