想用那个amex的100返20的columbia的offer
以前也用过好几次了50 100的都没问题
这次怎么也过不去试了好几次都是说错误
然后好几次的100$ 在amex的账户上 pending 个三五天，然后就没有然后了。。。
给客服发邮件，来来去去最后有这么一封：
your orders were rejected in our payment processing system for not meeting
the required criteria. We do not have access to what criteria it did not
meet or why it was rejected, all we do know is that it was rejected. You are
more than welcome to try placing a new order but most likely it will be
rejected as your multiple orders were.
闹心。
这是什么情况？？

我成功了的，但是the body shop的offer买了没收到$10 : (

我买了以后过了两天，才有客服打电话确认信息，之后才收到email gc。
如果急着去store，就不要搞了。
