寄了个150块钱的包裹，3件，用的是usps first class,现在买家dispute
说没收到，usps first class 也track不到信息，3/1寄的，才寄了20天就dispute，发
信也不回，估计是骗子。是不是只有认赔了？

Is any chance to find or need wait AA releasing?

I have one case last year. The buyer in Brazil file a dispute with paypal said he did not receive my package. Paypal refund him the total although I argued with my 100% feedback history. I have 400+ feedback.
No way to win, move on. But that's the one of my 30-40 international buyer last year. All other buyer recived their packages.

好歹用PRIORITY邮寄阿.
PP的dispute 也是需要些世间地.. 如果在这段时间里客人收到了,而不继续到PP来
communicate. 钱会再回到你的帐户的.

唉新卖家不大懂规矩，算交了学费了。
不过明显我运气不大好，才15 个 international 左右就碰到这事，而且一下子就3个
item（其实是4个，一个我正好没货），其他最多的不过2个item， 100以下，明显是骗
子发邮件也不回，大家小心。

Please call the AA agent during the workday time. The associate was very
nice to spend two hours to help me buy an air ticket from China to USA but
you need to spend extra $35.00.

馊主意。 FC and Priority 没大区别. 快不了，也没tracking. 被骗连邮费都浪费的
多一点.
