it's FIA card services, a subsidiary of Bank of America and the issuer of Fidelity AMEX card, who contacted you. not AMEX they are pretty vigilant. nothing you can do about that until your card is seasoned.
my own experience speaks the same. your fia needs to be trained in their system or algorithm
