由于只能用pay bill的方式，不能在mortgage网页直接deposit，付过去的钱就全部是
pay principle，而到due day的时候还是要从之前设定的帐户划走full payment。如何
解决？

if you have one payment (and only one) that equals or more than the amount
due, it is done. separate payments may all be credited as paying to
principal. So if you need to pay 2+ times for amount due, better call
creditor and combine the payments.
