在以有公司的医疗保险的情况下，还可以开health saving account吗？假设我的公司

依我所知，想往HSA里放钱的必要条件就是有HDHP

called our health insurance compnay, but they cannot tell whether my plan is
HDHP.
Innetwork deductible: $2000
Outnetwork deductible: $4000
Is my plan a HDHP?

单看deductible看不来
要看你的plan的copay或co-insurance多高
