I've redeem 60K miles few days back. Does anyone know when will the 10%

Immediately after the ticket is issued. I bought a ticket for two people on
Wednesday for 100,000 miles, and the 10% miles 10,000 miles are deposited
back immediately after the ticket is issued and 100,000 miles are withdrawn.
Do you use your USAirways card to issue the ticket?
Does your USAirways card link to your AA account that issues the ticket?
If not, you may be in trouble.

I used aa exec to pay the fees.
both cards (aa exec and barclays) linked to same aa account.
Is there a chance to get the 10% points by contacting barclays?
