红鸟买target.com的东西没有5% off和free shipping?

今天试了一下用红鸟买target.com上的东西，checkout时输入红鸟后，payment信息只
显示是American Express，右边的summary并没有显示5% off，并且estimated
shipping也不是free，然后就只有complete order那个按钮可以用了。
难道红鸟online order没有5% off？

应该有的，你可以打电话找客服。。。

你要在线跟客服说，然后等你付完帐，他会帮你refund

这么不方便啊？
原来的debit redcard可以和target gift card一起结账，而且是总数的5% off，不知
道这个prepaid redcard是不是也是这样，还是只5% off prepaid redcard付的数目？

you just need to have the red debit card as one of your payment methods
you don't have to pay with it to get 5% off and free shipping

you apply right at the cash register, every store can do it. bring a voided
check and driver license
you get the temp card right away (a receipt with a bar code really), and the
perm card in the mail later

今天刚把target debit card给关了，我说prepaid redcard有同样的功能，客服说不能
在线5% off，然后我打开prepaid card的页面确认在线也能5% off就坚持要关掉，客服
又说关了就不能恢复了，我说好，就关了。后来发现prepaid的在线确实不能5% off就
后悔了，又给那个客服打过去，结果又是那个人接的，我说我后悔了，能不能给我恢复
，他说不行了，不过可以重新申请。
你说我这不是瞎折腾么？

能不能用我已经关了银行账户的check去店里申请吗？还是必须用开户的checking上的
Ac No ？
你知道我即使申请红卡也不会从红卡link的checking扣钱的。

这是她系统问题。。。本来红鸟的广告上就写了5% off，是他家网站做的太差，不是你
的错。。。
