其实我也搞不懂这个insurance如何运作的
前段时间出了一台笔记本电脑，买了FedEX的保险，结果FedEX给我摔得七零八落然后缠
起来包好用另外一个箱子送还，我claim insurance结果说经调查认为内部没有损坏，
不予赔付，然后彻底不理会了
