是一个美国私人小公司，有几十年历史了，人员也比较稳定，待遇是我们城市的中下水
平，大概和薄厚是一个工资，但我一个硕士，专业也不是特别热门，我自己还是很知足
了。
但是，给我的offer letter里面，有这么一段话
Your employment with the Company will be on an “at will” basis. This
means there will be no written or verbal contract between you and the
Company regarding the length of your employment. It also means that either
you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time,
without regard to cause or advance notice.
想问问大家，这样写的offer正常吗？这个意思是不是我随时都可能被开除或者走人。
这是临时工还是正式offer的表示啊？

都是这样的，我同学拿的oracle，intel的offer都是at will,很少公司有不是这样的了
吧现在。
不影响任何东西，包括OPT，H1B，绿卡……
