很多银行都有，大银行都有，你问一下你的银行，加个HSA账户可能免月费，单独开一
个就要收费
比如Key，有他家的checking HSA就免费了

O(n)啊
input的array你至少得全部读入吧，那就是o(n)了
weighted 很简单啊
a*1 + b*2 + c*3
b*1 + c*2 + d*3
第二个就是减去a+b+c啊

哦，idea 不错。考虑moving的话，你这么做就可以O(1)，每次维护一个sum，ws-sum+3
*latest。如果不是1、2、3的系数的话，还真是只能O(n)。

我的HSA 12个月都没动没有收费，可能利息也算activity？
关账户的$35你是指HSA transfer fee？我记得开账户的时候说多久以后可以免，这个
表上没看到免除，可能是要收的了

问了客服，没有dormancy fee！
Our tax-deferred shares are not subject to a dormancy fee. There are only
two times a fee would occur on an HSA: the first would be if one was to
write a check without having funds available, then a $30.00 NSF fee would
apply. The second would occur if one was to transfer their HSA out of LMCU
to another financial institution, then a $35.00 transfer processing fee
would apply. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you
