今年AMEX对于11.28 small business 的消费不提供statement credit

Accoring to AMEX:
"This year we are not offering a statement credit offer for Card Members on
Small Business Saturday, but are instead increasing the support and
resources we provide to help small business owners market the day within
their communities and truly make it their own"

其实现在Amex 搞平时促销， Amex offer每个月都有不错的，还让商家负担一部分
