如果大家看一下这篇文章里面的Tip10（http://www.uscreditcards101.com/how-to-redeem-ana-2-2/）
会发现在L档换中美往返，Economy45000和商务80000，简直是不能再好的消息了

I've used AA award tickets fly JAL several times (econ class) to Asia (Japan
, China, even to Taiwan), and no fuel (YQ) charges at all. Also once I had
a UA award ticket flying ORD-NRT on ANA 777, and also no fuel charge.

用AA或者UA点数本来就没有燃油附加费。说的是用ANA JAL点数
