我在WF用完全没问题啊。 就是一般要两个月才退10%。我的上个STATEMENT前两天出来
已经有退了。

这个看来真是case by case，我自己的情况是Whole Foods, Wegmans, Star Markets,
Trade Joe's, Apple, Bestbuy, T-Mobile, Staples, Walgreens都成功用了
