被chase关卡，重新申请的经历# Money - 海外理财

四年前，所有的chase卡莫名被关，打电话说不方便透露原因。我猜测是跟我兄弟乱申
请卡有关。我自己没有任何不合理的记录。
两年前试着申请了一次，悲剧。
今年趁着黑五要消费，重新申请 Sapphire preferred, 又悲剧。这次是真怒了，凭什
么据我。我打back door电话，还是说不方便透露，说我可以书面要求解释原因。于是
立刻从网上找了个模板，寄了一封信过去，周二寄出去，黑色星期五晚上就批了，收到
恭喜的email.
有需要的朋友，我可以附上我的模板。

这种不方便透露原因都是扯淡，去CFPB一告一个准。。。

First of all, it is still a mysterious why all my chase credit cards was
closed about X years ago. I would like to know the reason why my cards was
closed and why my recent application was declined. Right now, I am working
as X at XXX. This is a permanent position and job security is very high. I
have credit cards from all other major banks, and am married with happy
family. I don’t see the reason why I can’t get credit cards from Chase.
Secondly, I have been traveling quite a lot and thus feel the features and
benefits of this card would be useful for me. My friends has the exact same
card from you. I like the feature to be able to earn double points during
travel and dining, and transfer points to my preferred mileage program. I
am asking for a chance to enjoy this card’s wonderful benefits while also
continuing to prove my value to you as a customer.
I am hoping this letter finds its way to someone who can help me get this
application reconsidered. Thank you in advance and please know that I

收到批准的Email后，大概一个星期收到卡。现在一直在用，买张回国的机票差不多就
够4K了。

写了好几封，邮费好几块，没用。。。chase还是很强硬的坚持不给卡

我大概三年前被 chase关所有卡
后来试过两次都不给过
今年三月又试着申了marriott，先pending,打了后门电话让再等等。今天受到email
approved,credit limit 28k

i thought by law they are required to explain why they deny someone credit.
so if you send a letter in, at least you should get an answer. (esp if u
mention the law in the mail)
