最近收到一个startup offer, 公司上下大概50~60人左右。刚刚close 了round B
funding.
offer letter 里面说：
The Company will recommend to its Board of Directors that you be offered
options to purchase up to 40,000 shares of common stock of the Company
pursuant to the 2013 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) at a price and
vesting schedule approved by the Board of Directors。
请问大家这信中提到的“offered options to purchase up to 40,000 shares of
common stock” 指得是4万股还是4万个options？
如果是4万股，那么 40k / 60M = 0.066% (60M 是现在的outstanding stock)
这个股票比例算多还是少？

HEB is a grocery chain store in TX, NM and the county of Mexico
可惜已经是历史了。
大概好处是：
收费低，68c or 69c per MO (up to $1000)，可以一次买几千，交几个69c
速度快，刷卡前后不需要告诉 cashier 刷多少，刷卡，输入 pin，直接吸干。
Cashier 要做的仅仅是敲击几次回车，因此只要你刷卡输 pin 速度快，速度
可以超级快。
容许 debit 卡的张数特别多，反正我试验过14张是可以的，更高的没有试验
Master / visa 都接受，连Walmart 只能小口喂鸟的香草卡都没有问题。
后来就不允许用无名字的卡买 MO 了。

既然可以autodrain，那你就直接用vgc刷呗？难道小二还要等你刷完再看？
就算看了也不碍事吧，毕竟已经刷过了
在SAFEWAY刷过AGC买VGC，小二不让买，但是我已经刷过了。。。他就没管

don't mislead people.
the stock options granted to you on employment is different from stock
options traded as described in the link posted.
in this offer, it's 40000 shares granted to you at the price determined by
the board.

what,HEB居然是autodrain，我一直是买499.30的MO，因为有一次买了999.30的MO让小
二split payment，小二不会然后跑过来查我的卡，最后不让我用VGC
看来是我想多了，以后买1000的直接刷两次得了，真方便，还好我们这里好几家HEB都
不管你用什么卡买
