Hi,
I tried to use my ebay gc to purchase another third party gc on ebay, it
seemed that the "shipping fee" can no longer be covered by ebay gc even the
amount of ebay gc exceed the "price+shipping", it required another payment
method for the shipping cost. Anyone has experienced this recently?
