I assume per account means per Amex account. So if you have more than one
card, I assume you can get more bonus

为啥我的点击进去登陆之后显示这个：
We are sorry, you are not able to apply for an Additional Card online.
Please call the number on the back of your Card if you have additional
inquiries.
