correct, I was declined immediately so I called the number on that page
asked for the reason. Told me they cannot verify my identity, it is not
possible to me, and they asked me to call Equifax update my information, so
I called Equifax and my information is correct, and the agent of Equifax
told me there is NO inquire from HSBC today (hard or soft).
Then I called back to HSBC, being transferred tons of time, and the agent is
rude I feel, either without any voice after connected, or with a very low
voice, or I feel eating something while talking to me...

这家傻逼得不是一点半点，简直是傻逼到极致。我老原来有它家checking/saving，后
来慢慢被转成了premiere，然后前面某位老兄说的限制越来越多，近10年基本0利息，
这些都忍了，毕竟用时间长了有感情了。然后去年底的时候奇葩开始了，先是帐号全面
被冻结了，没有任何解释，没有email，也没有电话，信函，或任何通知，当时要急着
付账，结果没法操作（以前每个月都做的，所以不是inactivity导致的）。然后打电话
去，客服说不知道怎么回事，给private customer manager留了notes让他/她打回来，
因为当时pcm已经下班了。结果等了3天没有等到任何联系，没办法又打回去，这回客服
说pcm留了notes，说security office要verify information，我操，我老好歹不大不
小也是premiere帐号，就他妈这待遇，连电话都懒得给我回。然后让转security
office，然后说他们下班了！！！我老每次西部时间下午4-5点左右打过去，从来都是
管事的人下班了！后来才问清楚，原来他们管事部门都在New York，东部时间下午5点
下班，就是西部时间下午2点！期间傻逼客服还跟我争论，说东部时间5点怎么可能是你
那里2点呢，我说你知道California在哪吗，知道有3小时时差吗？千万头草泥马奔腾而
过。。。后来好不容易找到上班时间找到了Security office的人，人家说我们要换one
time password了，不换的就不让登录了。我操，从来没收到过这个通知，而且从来没收
到过那个keypad，就这样帐号被生生冻住了。前后花了一个月才终于拿到新的keypad，
解冻了帐号，立马转走，3天内关帐号没商量。

asked for the reason. Told me they cannot verify my identity, it is not
possible to me, and they asked me to call Equifax update my information, so
I called Equifax and my information is correct, and the agent of Equifax
told me there is NO inquire from HSBC today (hard or soft).

rude I feel, either without any voice after connected, or with a very low

这家傻逼得不是一点半点，简直是傻逼到极致。我老原来有它家checking/saving，后
来慢慢被转成了premiere，然后前面某位老兄说的限制越来越多，近10年基本0利息，
这些都忍了，毕竟用时间长了有感情了。然后去年底的时候奇葩开始了，先是帐号全面
被冻结了，没有任何解释，没有email，也没有电话，信函，或任何通知，当时要急着
付账，结果没法操作（以前每个月都做的，所以不是inactivity导致的）。然后打电话
去，客服说不知道怎么回事，给private customer manager留了notes让他/她打回来，
因为当时pcm已经下班了。结果等了3天没有等到任何联系，没办法又打回去，这回客服
说pcm留了notes，说security office要verify information，我操，我老好歹不大不
小也是premiere帐号，就他妈这待遇，连电话都懒得给我回。然后让转security
office，然后说他们下班了！！！我老每次西部时间下午4-5点左右打过去，从来都是
管事的人下班了！后来才问清楚，原来他们管事部门都在New York，东部时间下午5点
下班，就是西部时间下午2点！期间傻逼客服还跟我争论，说东部时间5点怎么可能是你
那里2点呢，我说你知道California在哪吗，知道有3小时时差吗？千万头草泥马奔腾而
过。。。后来好不容易找到上班时间找到了Security office的人，人家说我们要换one
time password了，不换的就不让登录了。我操，从来没收到过这个通知，而且从来没收
到过那个keypad，就这样帐号被生生冻住了。前后花了一个月才终于拿到新的keypad，
解冻了帐号，立马转走，3天内关帐号没商量。

啥意思？
我有HSBC个人信用卡快10年了，前年和去年的HSBC ADVANCE CHECKING的bonus都拿到了。
但是按照DOC的这个说法，今年的350刀我就拿不到了。
所以我才问是不是有人得到过同样的信息？

去local branch 开户了，说还要每个月做两个bill pay才能拿350，还有什么条件吗？

去local branch开了..banker说他的系统上不去，填个表签名，把证件复印一份在那。
一两个小时后就回电话说开通了。.easy peasy lemon squeezy不过网银注册好像还得
等邮件...
