如题，终于等到iphone 7，用了att access more卡，现在问题来了，我在ATT官网解锁
，第一步是否填att客户信息？
显然我是att客户，不然也不能用卡全价买了，但我听说如果这步填写att客户的话，
att会要求用满45天才能解锁？
请各位经验人士解惑。

解不了。两种都试了。不行。客服也解决不了。给我建了个Case。说两天后有结果。信
息就是这个机器不是ATT的。不认。

没开机，选no，输入IMEI
说是：The IMEI you entered does not appear to be an AT&T wireless phone or
tablet. Please re-enter the correct 15-digit IMEI number for your AT&T
wireless phone or tablet. You can obtain the IMEI number from the wireless
phone by dialing *#06#.

I guess it is ATT system problems.
I had the same problem for two new Iphone 7. Waited a couple of days and the
system recognized both.

My update:
So I had 2 iPhones delivered last Friday and tried to unlock right away. No
luck as the system didn't recognize the phones. Later that night, I
submitted another request (as if NOT an ATT customer) and was instantly
approved.
I made a mistake for my 2nd request by putting down same contact info. (name
, phone number, and email address) and this unlock request went to pending.
It was not approved until today.
Lesson learned:
1. Submit the request as if you were not an ATT customer.
2. Use incognito mode to submit your request and use different contact info.
for different phones.

唯一办法就是等了～我的周五晚上识别不了，周日晚上再试一次就成功提交了。
现在等ATT发解锁成功的邮件。
PS：苹果不送那个取Sim卡的小针了吗？怎么把ATT的Sim卡拿出来？谢谢～

随便用一个回形针就可以啦。
