Citi ATT got cancelled. Help please!# Money - 海外理财

I placed the order on 9/12 as a new customer. Then got an email said more
information needed. So I called and answered questions about my credit
history. I was told the order will be processed. Yesterday got another email
said this was the last day to provide information. Called again, an agent
looked through my order for over 20 mins, then call was disconnected. Third
call, I was told someone was working on my order. Forth call, the agent can'
t help me and transfer me to somewhere else. Then I was told my order looked
okay. Today my order was cancelled.
Tried to call sales department again, but my order was cancelled. Without a
valid order number, I can't get to an agent.
Tried to reorder, the refer link from Citi was gone. I guess because I used
it last time.
Any one has experience with this situation? Help please!
