自从uscis更新网站好像就有这个问题。我打了电话过去，那边costumer service从内
部的系统帮我查到了

这个bonus from 4Q 5%实际上是4% bonus那部分，一个季度最多6000点。所以你还有
6000-5533=467点bonus额度。对应于金额是467/4=$116.75
