昨天回家登陆paypal一看
Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Feb 19, 2017:
You initiated a transaction that did not follow one of PayPal's cash
policies.
Please review the PayPal User Agreement for information on restricted
activities.
As a security measure, your account access has been permanently limited.
(Your case ID for this reason is xxxxxx)
This limitation cannot be appealed.
之前没有收到任何警告信, 就算是这次limitation也没有收到email. 平时每个月load
2-4次, 然后ebay上买卖东西, 平时买东西, withdraw, 转钱到其他账号都有,
withdraw的金额大概占50%的比例. 2/19这个触发原因是withdraw, 距离上次load钱进
来大概一个星期...
顺便问下,
1. 不能appeal那里面的钱是要等一段时间才能拿出来还是要联系paypal?
2. 前段时间卖东西还有些钱在paypal on hold, 是不是拿不了了?
3. 有些ebay gc绑定了paypal是不是以后也用不了了?

1. Waiting for 180 days, then you can withdraw the money.
2. No, you can not withdraw them now.
3. Not sure, but I think you can still use them, since eBay gift card now is
under your eBay account, not PayPal account any longer.

#2那些on hold的钱如果过了180天最终也能够提取对吧? 现在available的钱确定180天
能取, 就是这on hold的钱还没输入到available里面

不关联ssn应该没问题。
另外用不同的银行。
能用多久算多就，被关了再说。
