要是AMEX认真执行每人多张卡也只能拿一次amex offer。那收不到邮件也感觉正常，反

用了nike offer，同样没收到邮件，找online chat，客服说算用了offer，但是credit
要出下个账单才有。。。反正到现在过了一个礼拜了也没看见，不知道是不是真的要等

最近大概一半能收到，一半收不到。online chat我觉着没啥意义，就算完全符合要求
，客服一句话，statement credit will be there within 90 days 之类的就打发你了。
自己看清terms， 偶尔查一查，说不定哪天credit就到了。

对，用了boxed，也没有email，这种情况下，符合条件的就算找客服也得等足90天（上
次的insurance offer），90天之后反了credit

确实，因为amex offer基本都是花完以后没几天就给，但term却给足了他们系统秀逗的
时间。不过不用担心不给啊，amex offer term里是没说不能买GC的。至于一个账号一
个也只是在加offer的时候有影响。曾经有一次我收到两张副卡，死活加不上online
account，然后还被锁了，打电话online chat几次都没解决。最后终于有个电话客服解
决了，我说可惜Best buy的offer加不上了。然后那个客服说不好意思，然后直接给我
补了25 credit，说一次只能给25，还有一张卡就给你2500 MR补偿吧。
虽然这个故事很像是搞笑的，但真的是这样。而且我没想问她要这个只是随口一说，不
同客服的权限和态度真的差别很大。而且主要说明客服根本不在乎你多少卡有这个
offer。

I think this NIKE offer is screwed up by AMEX, no email for me either,
charge shown by some weird name, it seems need extra effort to get the $10
back.

为什么boxed的offer用完之后，登录信用卡账号，offer还在？？用之前加了offer,用
之后还在added offers区域，难道不是自动消失吗？

那个显示的名字是对的，我问过客服，他确认这个是eligible的，但是他说要等到下个
statement才有credit，所以我感觉基本上也是过了90天之后去手动要的节奏
