七月ATT Access More card的$95年费贴了，才知道满一年了。马上打电话product
change到double cash. 转卡时说年费会一两个billing cycles 内full refund。结果
今天refund了$79. citi太抠门了，退的又慢，也不知为啥不full refund。Amex 和
chase都是很快的全退了。

他们家专卡三个月，你的Att还是要持有3个月，当然要扣相应年费了

我打电话的当天，double cash 的账户就在我的online account了。新卡也在10天左右
收到。

citi ATT就这么转了，可惜了

我和楼主一样，我的才还给我了71.25，我post年费快一个月才打电话。

正解，他家凑也要凑到3个月才可以少退些年费，

there must be something strange about this because I have done it myself or
helped others to downgrade AT&T Access More to AT&T Access or Prestige/
Premier to Preferred many times (>10), always got full AF refund

Nothing wrong
Downgrade within family vs. downgrade across families
The latter takes a bit of time and thus no full refund

you would think that makes perfect sense
also did AA to Dividend conversion, full AF refund the very next day even
though the whole conversion process took a month or two to be finalized
gave up long time ago on reasoning what are going on at Citi

it's not what i thought; it's what I figured out
maybe u got lucky or maybe u called to request the PC/downgrade before the
annual fee actually hit
no one knows exactly how citi's back end processing system actually works,
not even citi IT staff themselves, I guess

things have changed
Citi PC actually goes much faster now than before, usually done in just a
couple of weeks
you'll have between one and two months to reverse it back
