步骤是：先问有没有APR offer，再问有没有别的，DOC上面说有下面几个：
1. Receive 2% cash back on all purchases and 7% cash back on the 5% rotating
categories
2. 0% APR for 12 months
3. 3% cashback for 6 months up to $1500.00 in purchases
4. APR reduction lowered to the APR of the variable 16.24%
4一上来就给我，然后问有没有more cash back，说没有，然后我说别人说有3，后来
agent就给我3了，再问有没有1，说
“That is a false offer being circulated online, it is not a valid Discover
offer.”
