If you cannot find the amex offers with the current americanexpress.com
login, you may try to use the old version amex login to see whether you are
targeted for specific offers. I found best buy $25 off $250 offer and H&M $
15 off $50 offer for several cards this way yesterday. The old version login
link is:

显示的offer有数量限制（99个左右），随便加十几个offer，把总的available offer
数量降下来，新的offer就会显示出来。
