Went to local branch and was told I am pre-approved for a number of cards. I
saw the screen and remembered which cards are listed there
I am more the 5/24, and wonder if the in-branch pre-approval will by pass
the 5/24 or not.

据说要看APR，如果是固定的（比如19.99%），说明是pre-approved。
如果是variable（比如16.99-24.99%），那是banker忽悠你。

这个规律貌似是CSR的吧？对其它卡也一样么？
banker如果展示的是系统内客户名字的一个下拉列表，而不是什么公开页面，那就是吧。

我在Branch里面看到的是个下拉菜单，列着被pre-approved 的卡。我看到好几个，
freedom unlimited，slate，Sapphire Preferred 。。。
回家登陆chase account，check "your offers", got "We are unable to locate any
offers for you at this time."
看到DOC说branch preapproved最好在branch里面申请，不要online 申请。

凭个人经历觉得branch那个没问题。自己网上申请的通道和branch不一样。
