1，确定target offer是给你的，防止过去白金100K泄漏link.
2, 每个申请都有一个POID，例如POID CAN7:0029， 确定你的申请里面确实没有once

也许能混过去，但最好别做，一旦调查跑不掉。

AMEX每个offer包括public offer都有POID，你去试下点击一张卡Apply，在Terms里都
会看到这个POID。有时POID就直接在申请页左下方。
链接是offer mail里的，用自己delta skyteam number登陆进去就直接是申请界面，左

也许你的是delay,但是level 3 data包括 itemized description of your purchase.
所以很多公司商业信用卡都用AMEX,当然不是每个商家都支持level 3 data

自己在AMEX网站上看不到，数据很多， 包括Item Product Code, item description，
item quantity, tax, tax rate等等这些都在level 3 data里。一般小店都不支持，大
店staples等会支持。

最近的offer都有delta刷一笔给50 或100，一个简单测试办法就是拿到卡先买50 delta
GF，看看是否报销。要是能报销Bonus points也会有。

terms里面没有这样写，客服说offer terms 里面有这句话：“If we in our sole
discretion determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in

so (for example, if you applied for one or more cards to obtain a welcome
bonus offer (s) that we did not intend for you; if you cancel or downgrade
your account within 12 months after acquiring it; or if you cancel or return
purchases you made to meet the Threshold Amount), we may not credit the
welcome bonus to your account”。 说我申请了multiple cards （16年一张，上个
