辛辛苦苦攒了两年的points, 有几百刀了，昨天准备用，发现points 是0 了。今天打
电话问，说账户被cancel. 说我违反条款。感觉很奇怪，也就是买了点bestbuy 礼品
卡，怎么就违反条款了。请问大家有没碰到过这情况，还有希望要回来吗

bestbuy 不是把点变成certificate 寄给user，那个certificate还有过期日期，难道
还能把点一直攒着？

那是针对普通成员得。如果是Plat级别成员，点就可以一直攒着.

打了好多电话了，就说是违反条款，斗不过他们啊。如果bbb能有用吗？只要把我的点
还给我，以后就不去他家了。拉黑也无妨

问题是certificates不能买GC，干嘛checkout的系统能通过呢？通过了就算消费者
violate rules？这就是BB这种店的霸王条款！
