因为insight没有了5%saving，我准备取消这个卡。现在已经ACH出来了钱，就是不知道
怎么能够完全的cancel这张卡。网上写message没有回复。打客服电话说要人工服务要
收费。因为已经是0balance了所以不敢这么做。大家有没有什么好方法取消这张卡呢？

Same scenario, I sent an internal message to request closing my account last
week. Below was the response. I'm planning to call them next week.

customer service department. At your convenience please call us toll free at
1.888.796.1516 and a representative will be glad to assist you. www.

真够麻烦啊，但是打电话的话人工服务就要收费。是不是还要转点钱进去再打？
