Why PayPal doesn't give me the option or information? I rember PayPal gave
me option to print when I shipped internationally. If I don't include the
Customs Forms, will the package send back to me?

绑微信里到京东给国内人买东西

Why PayPal did not ask that. Before for international mail PayPal always
print it for me.

傻了, 我8月底寄了一个1st class 到APO,没有填form,
扔到邮局就走人了. 刚才查了一下,9/10 delivered了.
好在没有退回来.

付款的时候选呗。
只有电话充值。京东购物、买火车票之类的可以用信用卡。平时的个人转账是不可以的
