Please note, there is a foreign transaction fee of one percent that is not
waived"

前两天在国内试了一下Fidelity Debit Card，建行可以取。但中国银行，工商银行，
中信银行，农业银行都不能取，ATM显示“不支持现金取款”，是我操作有问题吗？谢

前几天，广发可以，好像上限是2000每天。反正我取了2000之后就出错，第二天可以了

换 ATM 看看，以前碰到过类似问题，同一城市，某行在 A 处
的 ATM 可行， B 处的不行。

means that you swipe your fidelity Debit card (not ATM withdrawal) to
purchase those things you want.

Visa的1％是built-in汇率里的。没有哪个卡把它补回去，所以1％已经是最好的了。

4月份时，建行，中行， 工行都没有问题。邮政不行，其他两个没试过。确实遇到过同
样的ATM有时可以有时不可以的情况。

今天又试了几家银行，都不行。奇怪的是前几天可以取钱的那台建行ATM机器不取不了
。也许国内银行改政策了？

You need to call Fidelity to tell them you are traveling abroad. Otherwise,
they might block your transactions.

对，事先要告诉他们你会在中国travel，否则卡会被lock。我就遇到过。可以打卡背面
的international 号码给客服。会要求验证账户号等信息，可以事先login账户准备好。
