我都用过。
当天用BOA的ATM卡在这些ATM取钱都是按头天报纸上publish的rate, accurate to
the third decimal. ;)
下个月去英国的Barclay和Deutsche Bank还会用。
有机会下次回中国，in a few months, 也用一下，呵呵。
