按照计划回国的时间，旅行证两个月内过期。回国2-3周，在过期前也就回美国了。
没有要求上飞机前需要3或6个月的有效期限吧。我找了一圈没在官方网站找到。
请有类似经验的邦确认一下，谢谢

I got confused by the email from my lawyer. Why are there two PERM
applications? I don't need to sign my name when the PERM applicatin is filed
electronically but I am required to sign my name on the official PERM
application. When is the priority date, the date the PERM application is
filed electronically (around Mid-June) or the date the official PERM
application is filed (after mid-August)? Please take a look at this email I
got from my lawyer. Thank you very much.

"You do not have to sign the PERM application before we file it. Once we
receive the prevailing wage determination (about mid-June) we will file the
PERM application electronically using the PERM online system.
Once the PERM application is reviewed and certified, the Department of Labor
will send us the PERM application printed on special blue paper with an
official stamp. You will have to sign that form.
The Department of Labor is currently taking 1 to 2 months to review
applications. If we file the PERM application mid-June, we should receive
the official PERM application in mid-August.
So you will not have to sign the PERM application until mid-August."

There is nothing wrong from the lawyer.
The "second PERM application", I believe, is the certified PERM from DOL,
which requires your signature.
Just follow the lawyer's instruction.

在有效期内入境就没问题。
建议在旅行证有效期内回美国。旅行证过期的话，需要去公安局开一次性出入境通行证
才能离开中国，麻烦。
