搭车问下，我家税率15%.去年买的出租屋应该选择折旧么？看了人家的帖子，折旧之后
再卖recapature tax是25%.这样似乎对我家很不划算。。求解。多谢

you must depreciate. it's not by choice. I think I read it somewhere that it
's depreciated regardless. when you sell your house, it's so many years away
, the tax you pay may worth far less than the money you pay now.
I am not sure but maybe the house you sell is subject to capital gain tax,
which
could be modest.

这是人家给我的答复: 假如税率较低, 可选不折旧. 但必须在出租第一年就选定并报告
(Make an election not to depreciate）。如没报告， 就会如梁山老大所言被当折旧
处理(required to pay recapture)即使你卖前没有折旧; 如有报告，可以不付
recapture.
