PM的市场比较广泛，这个技能属于比较portable的。PM工作需要接触人和部门很多，并
且PM的成功依赖其他人的配合，所以对沟通能力，组织能力等等软能力要求较高。不光
中国人，美国女性从事PM的比例也在升高。我觉得女性做这个工作有天生优势。
