因为时间紧迫，我是上周五网上提示可以寄送护照，当即用USPS的next day express把
护照寄到LA了，结果US POSTAL上周六寄到的邮件，加拿大领馆关门（Canada day long
weekend假期）， 网上tracking 提示 STATUS OF YOUR ITEM 是

我们情况类似 护照昨天寄到LA领馆 昨天他们休息 也写的notice left 但是今天USPS
重新投递了 我再查tracking就变成了delivered
