请问一个两年的 position on a yearly basis 在第一年结束的时候要看表现和
funding 是否available而决定是否第二年renewable。但是第一年结束的时候如果找到
tenure-track的工作,可不可以离开? 换句话说，does it mean that, the employer
has the right to determine whether to renew the position, BUT the employee
should not leave in the end of the first year if the employer determines to
renew the position for the 2nd year, even if the employee finds another job?
