Remember the movie starts with the "A king has his reign. And then he dies.
It's inevitable." It is the exactly the same thing Meredith Vickers said to
his father before he left to see the engineer.
I actually thought it implied the engineer(space jockey) is looking for his
engineer, maybe trying to save himself (although he looked healthy maybe
dying inside??), but actually get killed by his creator exactly like the
later human did.And because his DNA formed the base for human DNA later, and
human are doomed to going to look for human's engineer too. (if you think
DNA can determine everything including the psychology state) So the whole
thing will become a circle riddle.

That line implies a fundamental conflict between father and sons (or
daughters), humans and robots, engineers and humans. There is one more line,
"it is natural", after "it is inevitable".
The engineers may be wondering about its maker too, but to imply the maker
of engineers wants to kill them, we need to know more about the engineers.
In terms of DNA match, a more interesting question would be, will there be a
female engineer? Will she be naked in the next movie? 哈哈

那不是电影开头，那是trailer开头，那句话只说了一次，就是Vickers对她爸说的。电
影trailer经常把不在一起的对话或场景放在一起误导观众来吸引眼球。跟CNN等是同一
把戏。
